Browsing and technical data

Public pages do not require an account. Your browser and hosting infrastructure exchange IP addresses, requests, timestamps, device information and responses to deliver pages and protect the service. Legal bases: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for the requested service and Article 6(1)(f) for the legitimate interest in preventing abuse and maintaining security. Application error logs contain the route and error code, excluding note text, API keys and request bodies.

ChatGPT sign-in and account identity

Sign-in is optional and uses Sites/OpenAI. The platform forwards an account identifier and email to the app. The identifier links saved lists and preferences; the email displays the active account and is not stored in the watchlist tables. The app does not receive your ChatGPT password or conversations. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b), to provide your requested account features. Without sign-in, you can browse public pages but cannot save account watchlists or notes.

Watchlists, notes and preferences

We store list names, selected instruments, ordering, notes, creation and update dates, language, time zone and chart theme linked to the account identifier. We do not collect broker portfolios, orders or payment-card details. Notes are free text: do not enter passwords, health information or unnecessary personal data. Saved lists are not published or shared with other visitors. These data provide the features you request under Article 6(1)(b).

On-device preferences

Guest language, time zone and theme are stored only when you save preferences, in localStorage under tf-device-preferences. This is not an advertising identifier. Unsaved notes remain in page memory until reload and are cleared when the account identity changes.

Contact and support

If you email info@tomorrownow.tech, we process your email address and message to answer and manage the request. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) for service support or pre-contract requests and Article 6(1)(c) for privacy-rights requests and legal obligations. The site has no newsletter form and does not use these contacts for marketing.

TradingView and financial sources

TradingView charts, screeners, calendars and financial panels load automatically on relevant pages. The provider receives the connection IP address, canonical page address without search parameters, widget type and public symbol displayed. We do not send account identifiers, email addresses, watchlists or notes to the frames. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f), the legitimate interest in providing the requested financial tools without transferring account data. TradingView describes its own processing in its notice and states that its widgets do not set cookies. FRED and SEC are accessed server-side for public data; requests do not contain visitor identity or notes.

Recipients and roles

Authorised Tomorrow Now S.r.l. personnel may access data to operate the service and provide support. Necessary hosting, sign-in and storage providers include Sites/OpenAI and Cloudflare infrastructure. Providers act under their applicable roles and arrangements; use of their own platforms and linked external websites is also covered by their notices. Authorities and other recipients may receive data where legally required. We do not sell personal data or watchlists.

International transfers

The controller is based in Italy. OpenAI, Cloudflare and TradingView may process data in the United States and other countries outside the European Economic Area. Their notices explain locations and transfer mechanisms. Transfers commissioned by the controller must comply with GDPR Articles 44 onwards through applicable adequacy decisions or safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider relationship. Contact the controller for details and a copy of applicable safeguards, subject to lawful restrictions. We do not claim that all data are stored exclusively in the EU.

Retention and deletion

Lists, notes and preferences remain while you use saved features until you request complete deletion in Settings or through the controller. Removing an instrument hides its entry; the removed technical record may remain until complete deletion. Complete deletion removes saved data from active application tables, without deleting your ChatGPT account. Device preferences remain until replaced or cleared through browser site-data settings. Support correspondence is kept to handle and document the request and any related legal obligations or disputes. Technical log and backup retention depends on fault diagnosis, abuse prevention, incident resolution and provider retention cycles. Copies are not reused for new purposes; deletion requests must be reapplied before reopening access after a restore. You can ask for the retention details applicable to your case.

Your rights

Email info@tomorrownow.tech to request access, a copy, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to legitimate-interest processing for reasons relating to your situation. If future processing requires consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We normally respond within one month, subject to the justified extensions allowed by GDPR. Proportionate identity verification may be needed. You may complain to Italy’s Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it, or the competent authority where you live or work.

Profiling, minors and changes

We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on users, profile their financial circumstances or personalise investment recommendations using notes or lists. The service is intended for adults; we do not request birth dates. Behavioural advertising, visitor analytics and subscriptions are not active. New purposes, marketing or VIP features will have appropriate notices and choices before activation. The date above identifies this notice’s current version.
